We have to make a decision very soon as to whether or not to apply to renew our licence.

I was talking to the owner of another local guest house who said that he thought he had read somewhere recently that a relaxation has been proposed for "table licences" for B&B/Guest Houses

Has anyone out there heard of this and where the information ( if it exists) may be found?
